WHAT IS A TELEMETRY SYSTEM
A telemetry system in gas industry is used for remote reading
of gas consumption. The system consist of software installed
on the provider’s server and MacR6 data logger at the client’s
place. The system has been designed to handle a large number
of gas meters, yet it is very easy and quick to install. The data
loggers need no additional power and send reports via GPRS.
To provide access to data, integration with the provider’s IT
systems is possible with server-based software.
Data logger MacR6
is an advanced, battery recorder gas flow recorder with transmission
via GPRS, directed to gas distribution networks administrators.
Functions:
• Automatically transmit information about gas consumption
• MacR6 allows precisely classify customers in sales tariffs
• MacR6 can verificate contractual gas flow power
